1. You agree to provide correct info during your registration. False info, or multiple aliases will be grounds for a removal or permanent banishment.

2. We will NOT sell your e-mail or contact info to any site or spam lists. All info that is given stays in-house.

3. The Stadium does not promote any stock. Please do not buy and sell on any posts or info given by our Mods or any of our posters.

4. Act civilized. No threats, etc. Tempers do happen, and will be dealt with accordingly. If you personally attack another user, you may be banned or put on temporary "time-out". We are all here to make money, and some ideas/information may come across that you do not like. If that happens, IGNORE it, or IGNORE the user. Great feature to have on Bulletin Board systems :)

5. Moderators have the right to remove posts that are deemed inappropriate, misleading, or as stated above in the previous bullet points.

6. Pumping and Dumping. Please do not post these schemes. Yes there are times of promoting a stock to get the price up. But blatant pumping and then dumping of the stock in its excess is not looked upon as honorably. Excessive P&D will be removed and/or banned. The Moderators will use their discretion on these schemes. Please PM me (Redwinger) if you see any, or believe you have been wrongly accused of this action, and have been banned.

We reserve the right to change/update/or add to these terms of service. Any posts to this site confirms the acceptance of these guidelines and rules. By also posting on this site you agree to take responsibility away from our site, its employees, or posters if anything comes comes to us from a third party over a posting made by you. Any requests by the goverment will be handled accordingly by law, if need be.
